Empowering Chicks ship to all destinations within Australia for a flat-rate shipping cost of $9.95. Our designated courier is Australia Post, which means your package can always be tracked. If you require a tracking number please contact us via hello@empoweringchicks.com.

At this stage we are unable to process international orders through our website if you would like a special order please contact us via hello@empoweringchicks.com

Stock availability will be checked at the time the order is placed and you, our customer, will be notified. If the product is out of stock we will contact you to arrange a refund or a substitute product.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated between 3-7 days (depending on your location with Australia).


If your goods are damaged in transit you will need to notify Empowering Chicks on the day the parcel arrives via hello@empoweringchicks.com or 0407 192 523 to arrange a replacement.


If you receive the order and you change your mind, it will need to be posted back to us and we will issue a full refund of the cost of the product providing it’s undamaged and resalable.

Please note the customer covers the cost of the postage.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the information that you have provided to us and take all reasonable precautions to protect your personal information.

When making a payment you will need to choose your preferred method of payment on the Stripe platform within our website, which is a secured site.


All pricing on our website is non-negotiable. If you have a wholesale enquiry please contact us via hello@empoweringchicks.com or 0407 192 523. When promotions are running, the first and last day of the promotion will be marked and payment of the promotion price will only be available within the advertised dates.


As a condition of creating an account with Empowering Chicks, you (the customer) consents to us sending you administrative emails and promotional emails.  


Empowering Chicks don’t take any responsibility for damaged property due to candles being used inappropriately. Please ensure when burning Empowering Chicks candles that the instructions on how to enjoy your candle safely (IN THE FAQ) are followed.
